Carrie Matthews

 

Carrie’s massive experience in the business world has finally brought Carrie to where she belongs managing her own business, “KNOW it ALL” Niagara. As a child and teenager she worked alongside her parents in their hardware business for 10 years. When she became a Mother of 4 daughters she opened her own retail store and then later became Executive Director for a Chamber of Commerce where she remained directly in the business world for 10 years.

 

With Carrie’s extreme and sincere loyalty to ensure that   businesses and organizations succeed Carrie now owns and operates her own business known as “KNOW it ALL” Niagara and presently serves over 125+ clients throughout Niagara and beyond.

 

Carrie continues to learn through continual professional and personal development and education and has acquired her Certified Sales Designation, CIOM Organizational Management Skills, Advanced Specialties Program and has been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year/Emerging Entrepreneur and Innovative Small Business, as well as the Volunteer Sector Innovation Award in 2004 and 2006. Most recently Carrie has been nominated for candidacy for the PROFIT W100 Canada’s Top Women Entrepreneur Award.

 

Carrie is known for her enthusiasm, keeping commitments and going above and beyond the call of duty and has acquired the respect of hundreds of business owners and organizations throughout Ontario.

Donna Panetta

Donna, born and raised in Niagara Falls, is no stranger to customer service & the hospitality industry.

 

She attended Niagara College and graduated with Honours Distinction in the Retail Management program. Upon graduation of College she was immediately offered Management employment with the K Mart company. After 6 weeks of training in St. Thomas, she was given a management position in Windsor running 9 departments with 21 staff. All this at 21 years of age. Speak about honing your interpersonal skills.

 

Donna went on to have great success in retail working for BATA and People's Jewellers, before leaving to further her administrative and computer interests. Her skills led her to the Port Colborne City Hall from where she was recruited by a local theatre company for her skills in group sales and marketing.

 

She then moved on to the Port Colborne-Wainfleet Chamber of Commerce, where she worked as the Office Manager for a very successful 11 years.

 

Donna takes pride in her family , who are all working and active in the community. Donna has been involved with many organizations over the years including Scouts Canada, Niagara Gatekeepers, Healthy Lifestyles, Heart & Stroke and most recently became 1st Vice for Women for Women Association.
